Top 5 Food Delivery Services on iOS in Ghana Q3 2021

In Q3 2021, the performance of food delivery apps on the iOS platform in Ghana showed significant variations across the top five contenders: Bolt Food, Glovo: Food Delivery and more, Jumia Food - Food delivery, Uber Eats: Food Delivery, and Deliveroo: Food & Shopping.

Bolt Food experienced a consistent increase in weekly downloads throughout the quarter, starting at approximately 2.2K and rising to nearly 2.9K by the end of September. Weekly active users also showed an upward trajectory, moving from 7.2K at the beginning of the quarter to around 10.9K by the end.

Glovo: Food Delivery and more saw a more fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, peaking at around 2.5K at the start of the quarter and stabilizing at about 1.6K towards the end. Weekly active users for Glovo remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from 5.6K to approximately 6.6K.

Jumia Food - Food delivery maintained a steady download rate with minor fluctuations, peaking at 964 downloads in mid-August. Active users showed a similar trend, starting at 7.9K and ending at around 8K by the end of the quarter.

Uber Eats: Food Delivery showed a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting from 57 in late June and reaching 169 by the end of September. Weekly active users also showed fluctuations, starting at around 676 and ending at approximately 791.

Deliveroo: Food & Shopping had the least downloads among the top five, with weekly downloads ranging from 38 to 116. Active users showed a consistent trend, starting at 520 and ending at around 648.
